Mr. Hidalgo is a 3rd generation Houstonian and enjoys an excellent reputation in the Property Tax profession. He has practiced exclusively in Property Tax since 1989 and has negotiated successfully hundreds of Property Tax administrative hearings, which involved difficult and complex property matters.

Hidalgo holds the license of Senior Property Tax Consultant in the state of Texas and has outstanding knowledge of Property Tax issues. He is able to make an often-complex process readily understandable to his clients. When the taxpayer is not satisfied with the final ARB value, Harold provides strong, divisive recommendations for Arbitration as well as recommending a property tax attorney when necessary.
